We are currently renovating our 1.6-acre facility to meet fire safety and ADA standards required by the Town of Gilbert. These renovations, upgrades and installations on-site will ensure our facility is ready to welcome educators and students of A.L.L. by late Fall 2024.

Phase 1 – $50,000 -FULLY FUNDED concrete project: 4700 sqft to extend front driveway width for fire truck access and creating a driveway turn around area for back entrance.

$70,000 remaining for the remaining landscaping and hardscapes needed to open for Fall 2024:

Phase 2- $39,500

• $7,000 Evergreen shade trees around property FUNDED
• $15,000 front lawn installation with irrigation FUNDED
• $12,500 turf installation behind garden
• $5,000 shrubs, hedges, and other plants with irrigation

Phase 3- $30,500

• $5,000 Courtyard pavers
• $10,000 Courtyard fountain, benches, and trellis
• $11,000 Entrance Terrace pavers, turf and new tree
• $4,500 potted plants for Courtyard and Entrance Terrace
